"Dr Martin performed a total hip Replacement on my mother who is 88 years old. It was her second hip replacement as the first was done 12 years ago. As a surgeon myself I am obviously impressed with his surgical skills completing the surgery in 40 minutes. More importantly he helped to prepare my mother for the surgery by organizing and communicating with the other doctors involved in preparing for aurgery an 88 year old with a few medical problems. Dr Martin communicated with me regularly before during and after surgery . My mother went home the same day of the surgery and only need plain Tylenol to address the mild pain. Surgery was done at JFK Medical Center early in the morning, and I was home by 3 pm the same day. The surgery was a total success! I am free of pain and have great range of motion. "Dr. Martin did my left hip replacement 8 months ago and it went perfectly! Two days ago he performed my right hip replacement and I feel like a new person. After just one night in JFK Hospital with excellent care provided there, I am home feeling great with no pain and moving easily and quickly using my Walker.
