Dr. Matthew Wolfson is an Orthopedic Surgeon fellowship trained in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy. He always recommends surgery as a last resort and regularly treats patients with non-operative measures including medications, injections, physical therapy, bracing, and provides insight on nutritional supplements.  When non-operative treatments fail, Dr. Wolfson discusses all available elective surgical options.  He has extensive experience in minimally invasive surgery, arthroscopy, fracture care and trauma, ligament repair and reconstruction, osteotomies, cartilage preservation, joint preserving surgery and more. He also offers the most innovative and contemporary regenerative medicine options such as platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, Hyaluronic Acid gel injections, stem cells and other orthobiologics.
