Pay online

Use the secure bill pay button on this page to pay a balance online. Online payment is a convenient option if you received a statement in the mail, or if a balance remains after your insurance processed a claim.

What you need

Before you start, have these items ready:

• Your most recent statement from our office, which shows the amount due and your account details.
• The name and date of birth of the patient the bill is for.
• A payment card accepted by the online bill pay page.

If you cannot find your statement or the online system does not recognize your account, call our office and our billing team will help.

Paying in the office

Co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles are due at the time of your visit. In the office, we accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay a previous balance at check-in or check-out.

Understanding your statement and your EOB

After your insurance plan processes a claim, it usually sends you an explanation of benefits, often called an EOB. The EOB is not a bill. It shows what we billed, what your plan paid and what part is your responsibility, such as a deductible, co-insurance or a service your plan does not cover. Comparing your EOB with our statement is the easiest way to understand a balance.

If the amounts do not match, or if you think a claim was processed incorrectly, contact your insurance company and call our billing specialists. We can review the claim with you.

For any question about a charge, a payment or your insurance, call our office and ask for our billing specialists. Please have your statement, your insurance card and any EOB in front of you when you call.
