Having services in one office means fewer separate appointments and less time repeating your history to new people. In our Boynton Beach office you will find:
- Imaging: X-ray, MRI, diagnostic ultrasound and fluoroscopy (live X-ray used to guide injections).
- An in-office procedure room for epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, iovera° cryoneurolysis and kyphoplasty for spinal compression fractures.
- Physical therapy, with therapists who share your chart and work with your physician before and after surgery.
- Hand and occupational therapy, including splinting, for hand, wrist and elbow problems.
- Office-based treatments such as ultrasound-guided injections, cortisone and hyaluronic acid injections, PRP, MLS laser therapy and shockwave therapy.
- A private entrance and reception area for members of P3, Dr. Martin's Personalized Plus concierge program.
Hours and after-hours care
Our regular office hours are listed on this page; see hours below. If you are an established patient with an urgent problem after hours, call our main number to reach our answering service.
For a life-threatening emergency, call 911. Go to the emergency room for a suspected fracture with deformity, inability to bear weight, loss of bladder or bowel control, sudden severe weakness, or signs of infection after surgery such as fever, spreading redness or drainage. Tell the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Personalized Orthopedics of the Palm Beaches.
Parking and accessibility
Many of our patients arrive with a sore knee, a new brace, crutches or a walker, so we understand that getting from the car to the office matters. Ask our team if you need help getting to the office, and let us know when you schedule if you will need a wheelchair or other assistance on arrival.
If a family member or friend is driving you, especially after an injection or procedure, plan for them to stay or return when your visit is done.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there more than one Personalized Orthopedics office?
No. Our Boynton Beach office is our only location. All of our physicians, imaging, the procedure room and our therapy team are here.
Can I get an X-ray or MRI at the same visit?
X-ray, MRI and diagnostic ultrasound are available in our office. Your physician will order imaging when it is needed, and having it on site means it may be possible on the day of your visit, depending on the schedule and your insurance.
What should I do if I need help after hours?
If you are an established patient with an urgent need outside office hours, call our main number to reach our answering service. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Is physical therapy in the same office as the doctors?
Yes. Physical therapy and hand therapy are in the same office. Your therapist shares your chart with your physician and can coordinate with them directly about your progress.
