Approach to care
Dr. Kerr wants every patient to feel heard, informed and confident in their treatment plan. Hip and knee problems can affect nearly every part of daily life, and he believes treatment should be tailored to the individual, not just an X-ray.
Whenever possible, Dr. Kerr begins with nonsurgical options and works with each patient to find the treatment that best fits their symptoms, goals and lifestyle. When surgery is the right choice, his goal is to make the process as straightforward and comfortable as possible, using modern techniques and technology to help patients recover safely and return to the activities that matter most to them.
In his free time, Dr. Kerr enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his dog and his wife, Dr. Elaine Kerr, an anesthesiologist at the VA in West Palm Beach.
