Approach to care
Dr. Adelman specializes in comprehensive, non-surgical management of osteoarthritis and other chronic musculoskeletal conditions, using ultrasound-guided injections and orthobiologic treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) where appropriate. Her sports medicine work covers acute injuries, overuse injuries such as tendonitis and stress reactions, and return-to-play decisions.
Her visits are unrushed. She believes good care starts with listening, and each patient receives a thorough evaluation and a treatment plan built around their goals.
