What you can do in the portal

Depending on your account and the services our office has set up for you, you may be able to:

• Send and receive secure messages with our office about non-urgent questions.
• Review information about upcoming appointments.
• View parts of your health record, such as visit information.
• Complete intake forms and other paperwork before a visit, when our office sends them to you.

Features can change over time. If you are not sure whether something is available in your account, ask our team.

How to get access

To use the portal, you need an invitation from our office. Ask our front desk staff at your next visit, or call our office, and they will send an invitation to your email address. Follow the link in that email to create your login. Please make sure we have your current email address on file.

If you have trouble signing in or did not receive your invitation, call our office and our team will help you get connected.

Keeping your information secure

The portal is protected by your personal login. Do not share your password, and sign out when you finish, especially on a shared computer or device. If you think someone else has used your login, call our office so we can help you secure your account.

The portal is not for emergencies

Portal messages are not monitored around the clock and are not the right way to report an urgent problem. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911. If you have an urgent concern, such as a fever, spreading redness or drainage after surgery, call our office right away. Established patients who have an urgent need after hours can call our main number to reach our answering service.
